Greetings from Germany – An Enriched PRP story!

A woman from Germany tried the Enriched PRP treatment in Crete Ferttility Centre after several IVF failures in the past.
The result was astonishing! Pregnancy it is!
Crete Fertility Centre offers uniquely the Enriched PRP treatment, providing better results than the traditional ovarian rejuvenation process, and is a positive step to pregnancy for women in early menopause or with multiple carriage failures.
The greeting message
Dear team at Crete Fertility Center,
I hope this email finds you well.
Just wanted to give you a short update after the PRP procedure I did in September.
I never got to measure the FSH, E2, LH unfortunately since it was hard to find a lab in the following 2 months post procedure.
The 3 month I did IVF knowing that this might be the time when the effects might kick in. I got 11 eggs retrieved out of which : 9 degenerated , 1 M2 and 1 M1.I was at first very disappointed expecting more quality eggs. In the past I had way more many mature eggs than this time and still a very poor outcome (all past embryo transfers ended with no exception after 15 days with a negative result). This experience I had with 4 different clinics and all embryologists told me the same – my eggs are very poor quality. Last IVf I did when I was 35.
Therefore, you can imagine how I thought my odds are with only one mature egg this time.
Long story short: it turns out that this December – at 41 years old – the only 1 mature egg I got not only fertilized, but also implanted!!! I am literally shocked.
The second bhcg 15 days post 2 day fresh transfer has revelead a value of 751 (has almost tripled within 48 h). I never got to have a positive beta in the post, let alone with such a value which I understand is very optimistic.
The PRP I did in September was the only thing I did different than with the other IVFs. I am very sure this procedure led to this result. That one mature egg must have been a real strong and with intact mitochondria one in my opinion.
I am aware we have many more milestones to overcome, but it is already a huge achievement for us (the first time we have a positive bhcg! ) and wanted to send you all our appreciation and gratitude already.
Please great Dr. Fraidikis (I hope I am not mistaken the name of the empathetic doctor who did my procedure on September 11th) and his lovely team.
Regardless of the outcome we will keep you posted regarding our journey.
Until then we send you lots of hugs and wish you and your loved ones a happy belated Christmas and a happy New Year!
Greetings,
